DISPUTES ON IN-SALON SERVICES

If you are not happy with the results of the services you have received, please get in touch with Sheona via email on hello@sheonahosie.com within 48 hours of your visit. We are more than happy to invite you back to the chair, to re-assess your services and re-visit your initial consultation. This way, we get the opportunity to rectify anything you might not be 100% happy with and discuss a plan for future visits.
We can only back up lasting results of our services when the correct aftercare advice has been followed. Disputes on results outwith 48 hours of your visit where the advised after-care advice has not been followed, will not be considered as issues with the initial result.
We do not issue refunds for work carried out.
