Booking Terms & Conditions
DEPOSIT
We do require a valid Credit or Debit Card to reserve all bookings. A small deposit of £1 will be taken from your card for each service booked and will be deducted from your final bill at the end of your appointment. Once valid card is attached to your booking, we can reserve your spot but the appointment cannot be booked without this.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of what we have planned and that things can change last minute. Due to the nature of our business, we do have a strict last minute cancellation & no show policy. This includes any last minute cancellation of any services attached to your original booking or rescheduling to a later date.

We appreciate as much notice as possible if there are any changes to your schedule which mean you can't make it, but if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, there will be an automatic charge to your card of the full booking value. Please note that cancellation via text message or voicemail does not mean that your booking is cancelled straight away. Changes or cancellation must either be made via your email confirmation link, via our App or by speaking directly with one of your team.

MANAGING YOUR BOOKINGS
All bookings can be managed online or via our App using your email and password. We suggest this as the best way for you to look after your bookings or make any changes to scheduled appointments to guarantee you get them done in time. Our team in the salon like to provide clients with their full attention during their appointment and are not always able to answer the phone. We will however make every attempt to get back in touch with you on the same working day if you leave us a voicemail.

LATE POLICY
Out of respect for our other guests, we operate a strict policy regarding tardiness. If you show up more than 15 minutes past your appointment starting time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your booked services may still be charged. Alternatively, we may need to adjust the services to suit the time left available but your original services booked would still be charged.

NO KIDS
We love your little ones, but for their safety, we ask that you leave your kids at home unless they have a scheduled appointment. Little ones that are happy to cuddle up in their pram where they are safely strapped in away from hazards are welcome to come along to shorter appointments, but we would ask that for longer colour appointments that you refrain from bringing them along to the salon.

RETURNS & REFUNDS OF PRODUCTS & TOOLS
You will be offered a full refund or exchange on returns made within 14 days of the original purchase date with proof of purchase. Online purchase must be received by us within 14 days of the original purchase date. All returns must be in their original packaging which must be unopened, unused and undamaged. Sale items are excluded from refunds and exchange.

PRICING & QUOTATIONS
All of our pricing is on a tiered structure to reflect the level of experience a team member has. Experience in our eyes is not measured by how many years a stylist or colourist has been hairdressing, rather the quality of their work, the education they have participated in, their capabilities and the care they put into each appointment, including care of the client in the salon, recommendations of the best services and home care for an individual, their client retention and booking percentage.
We have available on our website, pricing guides for all of our current team and services. These are subject to change and will be updated on our website accordingly at the time of any changes. If you book for a service and upon your visit have an upgraded or additional service, these will be charged accordingly. We will always provide quotation when requested for additional services, but will always recommend what is best for the individual when we discuss the client requirements face-to-face. All new colour bookings will have an initial consultation at least 48 hours prior to the required booking. Full quotation can be provided at the time of consultation. Any upgrades to services or additional services on the day of the appointment will be charged accordingly.

PARKING
We have FREE, on street parking available directly outside the salon. Please be advised that the marked bays have a 2 hour restriction. All unmarked bays have no restrictions. We kindly ask that you are mindful of our neighbours. Please do not park around the back of the building or over driveways and please keep to the marked bays to ensure others can park.

DRINKS AND SNACKS
We like to take our time with your crown you never take off. Sometimes you may have rushed out of the door without breakfast, there may be other times you have a lengthy visit over lunch time. Either way, your comfort while you are with us is massively important to us. While we have a variety of tea & coffee as well as delicious individually wrapped biscuits, we welcome you to bring along a little packed lunch for your visit. We wish nothing to interfere with your relaxation, and when hunger strikes, it can be very uncomfortable
